How to Play
In this Uno Online Multiplayer/Crazy-Eights-inspired card game, the goal is to be the first to empty your hand of cards. Each player takes turns putting down a card on the discard stack that is of the same color, number, or symbol as the one that has been most recently played. If your deck has no available cards to play, you are forced to draw a new card from the stack and may play the drawn card if suitable to place down. Use your deck wisely, along with special action cards to assist you. If you are the first to get rid of all your cards, you win! Each turn has a customizable play timer of up to 30 seconds, so think fast, and act fast. Play with your friends or our AIs, up to 100 people!

There are a few ways to help yourself and mess with your opponents to stop them from placing cards down as well as forcing them to draw additional cards. These come in the form of special action cards.
Skip: Skips the turn of the next person to play after you.
Draw: Begins a 'stack' where the next player must play down a Draw, Skip, or Reverse. If they fail to have any of these options, they must draw 2 to 4 cards per Draw card in the stack. That can be A LOT of cards.
Gray/Choose Color: Changes the color of the top card to any color you choose.
Reverse: Changes the turn order from clockwise to anti-clockwise or vice-versa. In a two player game it acts as a Skip card.
Other Game Modes
Want to spice up this Uno Online Multiplayer/Crazy-Eights-inspired card game? There are a few different options that you can enable in the game settings to alter the game mode.
Last One Standing: In this mode, you want to have the most cards! Players who empty out all their cards lose first, and the last one standing with cards in hand is the winner. Use your cards wisely with reverse logic and put down cards that will help you draw more cards in your next turn. Draw cards will take away cards from players in this mode.
Double-Sided Cards: Selecting this option will play the game normally, but causes all cards to have two playable sides. You won’t know what’s on the back of your cards, but you will be able to see everyone else’s card backs. Putting down the special ‘Flip’ card will cause everyone’s deck to flip to the back-side, forcing everyone to play with a completely new set of cards.
Play Until The End: Normal game rules. The game continues even after a winner declares and ends when the last player has cards remaining.

Strategies for Winning
Having trouble getting a win? Read some of our quick tips to help you decide which cards to get rid of or save until the end in Foon-o, our Uno Online Multiplayer/Crazy-Eights-inspired card game.
Pay close attention! Although Foon-o is an easy and fun game to play, you should think wisely when deciding which card to lay down if you have multiple options and avoid just picking whatever is available to put down in your deck. While paying attention to what’s in your hand is important, it is equally important to see what potential cards your opponents are holding as well as how many are left. For example, when they are forced to draw a card and don’t immediately put the drawn card down, it means that card could not be put into the discard pile either. Keep this in mind, as it typically means they cannot act on the current color being played. If another player plays a Gray/Choose Color card to a certain color, that most likely means they have an abundance of cards in that color and you should look to change it to another color! Knowing this, it’s good to change colors often. Theoretically you should have a near equal amount of each four colors and this will confuse your opponents on what your deck looks like.
Save special action cards. If a player is nearing the end of their hand, you’ll probably want to use some Skip cards or Draw cards on them. It is better to save these special action cards than to use them at the start in case of one/two-card-left emergencies. Another great strategy is to save Gray/Choose Color cards for your last card, since it can be used at any time no matter what color or number is being played. This option can be disabled in advanced settings if you want a more competitive match!
Which cards should I let go? So you should save special action cards, but how should you place your regular color and number cards? Although the amount of players varies with each person starting with 7 cards (this can be edited in advanced options), the amount of cards in the deck is infinite and random. Since this eliminates the logic of how many cards of each color and number exists in the deck, do your best to eliminate the color you have the least amount of cards in first when nearing a low amount of cards in your hand. We hope this helps you secure a win! Of course you will need a little luck on your side… but besides that please enjoy Foon-o!
